“We want to help but meaningful” has been Terrot’s motto right from the start as more and more
refugees came to Germany. Labour market integration and social inclusion is Terrot’s answer
to the refugee issue. Syria is a traditional cotton and textile-producing country.
Thus there was hope and the idea to find well-suited and skilled personnel amongst Syrian refugees.
With a little effort, Qutaiba Jarkas was found in February 2016. The 28 year old textile engineer from Damascus now completes a 3-month paid internship.
We are eager to find and select more refugees and thus potential employees to offer new opportunities this way.
