With this advanced and field-proven high-performance single jersey machine, Terrot sets new standards in the development and application of state-of-the-art technology. The newly designed knitting head features 1 to 4 needle tracks, each with positive needle guidance throughout every phase of loop formation. The high-speed version (with 1 needle track) ensures maximum production output when processing synthetic or cotton yarns. The use of innovative materials allows for extremely high machine speeds while reducing heat generation and minimizing wear on knitting elements. Cost-effective cylinder needles further enhance economic efficiency by reducing cost per meter of fabric produced. The optimized central and individual stitch length adjustment highlights the machine’s user-friendly design. Optional special cam parts for mesh structures and an elastane plating configuration are also available. 

Open-Width frame

Benefit from a huge know-how and a well-engineered open-width and winding-up technique with the new designed Terrot open-width frame. Top class fabric quality without any centre crease over the entire fabric surface thanks to sophisticated machine components combined with the highest Terrot quality. The machine type S 296-2 is available with open-width frame for the following diameter 26-36 inches .
