Robert W. Czajkowski

Managing Director

From December 2021 on Managing Partner/CEO of the CIH Chemnitzer Industrie Holding and Terrot GmbH, who‘s Managing Director he has been since joining the company in June 2020. Before he was since 2017 among others Managing Shareholder of the investment corporations, magga Beteiligungs GmbH and VIANOVA Betiligungen GmbH, focusing on SME and Start-up ventures. Prior to that he has worked between 2005 and 2017 in the financial sector, as Director and Head of the Frankfurt branch of M.M. Warburg & CO and Country Head of Bank Sal. Oppenheim, later Deutsche Bank PWM (Austria) AG, in Poland, responsibled for the set up and development of its investment, private banking and asset management operations. Since 1998 active i.a. in several executive positions at KirchMedia and BetaFilm as well as Managing Partner at Eastvest, an advisory firm specialized in investments in CEE. He has been educated as industrial manager at Bertelsmann and got his law degree in Berlin and Madrid. He is comitted to various initiatives such as the business owner‘s association Wirtschaft für ein weltoffenes Sachsen, Bela Foundation und German-Polish-Ukrainian Society, serving either on their Executive or Advisory Boards.


Dirk Lange

2. Managing Director

He has been Managing Director of Terrot GmbH since February 2020 and Managing Partner of CIH Chemnitzer Industrieholding and Terrot GmbH from December 2021. After a banking apprenticeship and extra-occupational studies, Mr. Lange worked in the financial sector for several years before joining a medium-sized company and hidden champion in the roller bearing industry as commercial manager in 2005 and being part of an East German success story in the management until 2011. In 2011, Dirk Lange started his own business as a freelance Interim Manager and was subsequently responsible for numerous turnaround and restructuring projects for owner-managed medium-sized companies in crisis situations. The professional qualification was imparted by the Institute for Corporate Restructuring at the SRH University of Applied Sciences in Heidelberg. The focus sectors in recent years have been automotive companies, metal processing companies and textile companies, each with international business operations. In 2014 - 2015, Mr. Lange assisted a group of investors in Georgia in the restart of a company producing essential oils with customers in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Today, in addition to his professional activities, he is involved in projects for the economic development of Georgia and in Saxon business associations.
